No. Production plans buy capacity and customization; status is earned by verified client work and quality ratings. That separation is what keeps the directory credible, which is exactly what makes your listing worth having.

Why a production plan instead of a retail subscription?

Retail plans are personal accounts with 3 to 5 plans a month. Production plans are built for client work at volume: 20 to 100 plans a month, full customization depth, team training, a directory listing and co-marketing behind your name. The subscription is not the point; the partnership around it is.

Does joining force me to change how I work?

No. Either you build the plan in your account, or your client builds it and shares it with you for review. The plan lives on PrometAI in both modes; your own process, checklists and lender relationships stay exactly as they are.

Will PrometAI send me borrower leads?

Founders who finish SBA-track plans and want financing are routed to listed SBA partners. We describe the mechanism and do not promise a volume, because we would rather under-promise than hand you a number we cannot stand behind.

What commission do I earn on referred clients?

A recurring commission on the subscriptions of clients you bring, growing with your partner status; the figures in the status table are directional. Exact terms are part of your partner agreement and are stated in writing before you sign anything.

Can I get custom templates or calculations?

Calculation customization is part of the Custom Calculations plan, and White-label partners can have custom template work scoped and quoted per build. Custom development is real engineering, so it carries a real price rather than hiding inside a subscription.

Is there exclusivity for my region?

Not in v1. Early partners shape the program, and regional arrangements are one of the things they can put on the table.

FAQ

Lenders do not publish policies for or against AI-drafted plans. What underwriters reject is inconsistency: a narrative that does not match the financials, or a borrower who cannot explain their own numbers. That is exactly what the platform is built to prevent — one data model drives the narrative, the projections and the deck, and your client works in it instead of receiving a mystery document.
